Microscope Cameras for University Teaching and Research Labs

Yes. We accept purchase orders from registered universities, research institutes, and educational organisations. You can request a quote first to get a formal quotation with PO details before issuing your order.

When placing a PO order, please provide:

• Your university's ABN
• Billing address (finance department if different from shipping.)
• Email to send invoice to
• Any purchase order reference number

We'll issue a tax-compliant GST invoice to your finance team.

Standard shipping is free on orders over $300 AUD. Delivery times vary by location, but most metropolitan addresses receive orders within 2–5 business days. If you have a specific deadline, mention it when requesting a quote and we'll coordinate expedited options if needed.

Our HDMI and USB cameras are C-mount compatible and work with most major microscope brands including Olympus, Leica, Zeiss, and Nikon. Not sure if yours will fit? Email us at hello@labpix.com.au with your microscope model — we'll confirm compatibility before you order.

All cameras come with a manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. For specific warranty duration and terms, check the product page or ask us during the quote process.

We currently don't stock demo loaners, but we offer hassle-free returns if the camera isn't right for your setup. Our technical team is happy to walk through compatibility and expected performance before you place an order to minimise risk.

Institutions purchasing multiple cameras may qualify for volume pricing. Request a quote and specify the quantity you're considering — we'll review your needs and provide appropriate pricing.

We have a simple, no-hassles return policy. If the camera doesn't meet your requirements, contact our support team within the eligible period. We'll guide you through the return process and arrange refund or replacement as applicable.
